1. Order Processing & Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery or pickup information when placing an order. The Eucalyptus House will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details, and if a package is returned due to incorrect information, resending it will be at the customer’s expense.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Once your stems are cut and prepared, or if the order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Refunds

Refunds may not be available for Eucalyptus stems and Billy Buttons due to their perishable and unique nature. If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact admin@theeucalyptushouse.com within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Product Availability & Quality

Due to the nature of our products, there may be variations in the size, color, and appearance of Eucalyptus stems and Billy Buttons. We strive to deliver the highest quality products, but factors like weather and growing conditions may impact their appearance. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product you receive may differ from images on the Site. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days to discuss your concerns.

5. Care Instructions for Stems

To ensure your stems last as long as possible, follow these care steps:

  1. Cut stems at an angle under running water upon receiving them.
  2. Place the stems in a clean vase with fresh water.
  3. Change the water every two days.
  4. Keep stems out of direct sunlight.
  5. Avoid placing stems near drafts or air-conditioning.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in reduced freshness, and The Eucalyptus House is not responsible for product deterioration due to improper care.
